Its most distinctive feature is its red-and-yellow skin, similar to Japanese cherries. The flesh is soft and delicate, offering an elegant flavor with exceptional sweetness—making Rainier cherries increasingly popular each year.

They are a premium, delicate variety with limited harvest yields. The name “Rainier” comes from Mount Rainier in Washington State, which stands at 4,329 meters.
